We completed two Calgary real estate transactions with Cameo in 2024 and are currently working through our third with her (Jan 2025)! My partner and I each owned apartment condos and were looking to upgrade to anything larger. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or which area of the city we wanted to live in. For instance, we were not set on a particular number of bedrooms, but were more interested in flexible space available to convert into other things like office areas, study space, or reading nooks. Cameo is able to quickly update your search preferences based on any new criteria. We had her change ours often until we figured out what we wanted and where we wanted to be. The website gave us excellent information, but before we got serious about booking tours and buying, we first wanted to sell my partner's condo. Cameo kept the complicated real estate and legal information crystal clear for us. Transactions are happening very fast in today's market which is incredibly overwhelming as you don't have a lot of time to ponder. Cameo is well prepared to handle the complexity of today's market. She was able to provide us with documents, information, and speedy answers for each step. My partner's condo sold quickly in spring 2024 with multiple offers put forward, the negotiation process was smooth, and we felt Cameo took really great care of us and our wishes. Next step was to find us our new home and begin booking tours. Cameo's tours are very efficient. She sends you the information and directions in a nicely packaged digital tour. All you have to do is press start and follow the directions. She made it easy for us to plan tours around our busy work schedules, and we were able to see plenty of homes in the short durations of available time we had. Cameo was fantastic, and if she brings Sean along too you're in for a treat of a relator duo! (Sean sold me my first home). They're not afraid to let you know the pros and cons of each listing to make sure you really get what you want. They basically give you a preliminary overview of what a home inspection may point out. We had so many questions about yards, and basements, and roofs (being first time house-buyers). They answered everything and then some! Although the process of house hunting is exciting, it can also be very physically and mentally demanding. These two kept us in good spirits even when we were not finding what we wanted. Cameo kept refining our searches and was never pushy. She told us it takes however long it takes. It was obvious that our happiness was a high priority for her. My partner and I both purchased our condos over a decade ago. The buying process has changed a lot since then and happens faster now than we ever imagined. When you do find something you like, Cameo has an action plan ready to go. Once we were ready to put offers in, it was always on our own terms, and with a risk tolerance we were comfortable with. Eventually, we stumbled upon "the one" which checked off just about everything on our dream-home-wish list. We made Cameo do the impossible and negotiate a house inspection into our offer which the sellers accepted with an aggressive timeline. Cameo has many connections within the industry and was able to set us up with a home inspection the very next day (with an excellent company)! We had all of the information we wanted, we were aware of the home repairs needed, and went back to the negotiation table with our new information. Cameo was able to get us a better deal! Considering the state of the market right now, negotiating a better deal for the buyer is actually quite rare, but she did it! From a buyer's perspective - we have nothing but positive feedback to give Cameo. Her organization skills shone through with her tours and transaction paperwork. She is very attentive to detail. Cameo made sure we checked the nooks and crannies of each home while on a tour - things we would have walked right past like pantries, closets, storage areas, and sometimes even bathrooms! It can be awkward walking through someone else's home, and she made sure we felt comfortable by opening doors or turning on lights for us. She could tell right away if the space was not for us and didn't waste time to trying to convince us otherwise. We just moved right on to the next place...even if that meant we found nothing we liked that day. She doesn't push you into anything you're not comfortable with and adjusts her communication style to suit you. If you have 1000 questions, she will get you 1000 answers. Eventually she will find you a home that will feel so comfortable you'll be taking her on the tour through the house, that's when you know it's the one for you! From a seller's perspective - her connections with professional companies within the market, like photographers and home inspectors makes, her a gem to work with as you can rest easy knowing you will be well taken care of. She has competitive tactics and excellent real estate strategy. She keeps in tune with the market adjusting as the market changes giving you the best return possible on your asset. The only mistake you can make as a seller is not choosing her as your realtor! Now we are on to our next adventure of selling my condo. We are in the beginning stages of prepping it for sale and Cameo's excellent, professional photographer will be taking photos for the listing very soon! Cameo is just a wonderful person and an experienced professional realtor. We are very excited to work with her again!

If I had to fully describe how impressed and grateful I am to Cameo and why, I would need a lot more space and a lot of time. But I would say this: in our turbulent and fast changing times, finding people with so much dedication, integrity, punctuality, attention to detail, tenacity, patience, understanding and KINDNESS! is a pure strike of luck and a blessing. She managed to find exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it and for the date I wanted it! And this - from a 3000km distance! She bid and secured a deal at midnight and find the time and strength to call me personally to congratulate me. I am not an easy client and I am picky and impatient. But with everything she has done, she managed to not only win my admiration and gratitude but my hope for the younger generation. I am forever thankful to have met her. Cameo, hat off to you!❤
